Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

- Item must be unused and unopened

- In original packaging with seal intact

- Include proof of purchase

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

You have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving it, and a further 14 days to return it.

Items must be unused and unopened. If used beyond inspection, a deduction may be applied.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Contact us with photos and order number. You may be entitled to refund, repair, or replacement under UK law.

Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used supplements

- Items after 30 days

- Gift cards or sale items

- Third-party purchases

Shipping Costs

- Standard delivery refunded where legally required

- Express shipping not fully refunded

- Return shipping paid by customer unless faulty

Return item and place a new order.

Refunds

Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.
