Subscription and Cancellation Policy
How subscriptions work
When you choose a subscription product, you authorise Wellbeing Vitamins to charge your selected payment method automatically at the delivery frequency shown at checkout.
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no minimum subscription period and no cancellation fee.
Subscription discount
Active subscriptions currently receive 10% off the applicable product price. Product prices may occasionally change. Where a change affects a future subscription payment, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price is charged.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription-management link provided in your customer account or subscription emails, where available.
You can also request cancellation by emailing support@wellbeingvitamins.co.uk. Please contact us at least two working days before your next scheduled payment so we have time to process an emailed request.
Where available, you may also pause your subscription, skip an order, change the delivery date or update the delivery frequency through your subscription-management page.
Renewal payments and processed orders
To prevent another payment, your cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal is processed.
If a renewal payment has already been processed, cancelling the subscription will prevent future renewals but may not cancel the order already created. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will confirm whether the order can still be stopped.
Returns and refunds for subscription orders are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Payment problems
If a subscription payment cannot be completed, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment details. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment remains unsuccessful.
