Morning capsule: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), magnesium malate, turmeric root (Curcuma longa), iron (ferrous bisglycinate), boron, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), bamboo silica extract, vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5'-phosphate), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), black pepper extract providing 95% piperine, folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), biotin and capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and vegetable cellulose).

Day capsule: Calcium citrate-malate, zeaxanthin, lutein esters, carrot powder, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), bamboo silica extract, copper bisglycinate, vitamin K2 (MK-7), chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable cellulose and gellan gum).

Night capsule: Magnesium bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), alfalfa, manganese bisglycinate, selenium (selenomethionine), bamboo silica, boron, natural beta-carotene, molybdenum and capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and vegetable cellulose).

How to Take

Take one Morning capsule and one slow-release Day capsule together at the start of your day. Take one Night capsule in the evening, ideally around one hour before sleep.

Swallow each capsule with water or another cold drink. The capsules may also be opened and their contents added to food or a smoothie. Mix thoroughly before consuming.
